Film titles are used in films to present openings to the film or to a specific scene. The titles are often there to give you a rough idea about a certain character or something or a place. They are also used to present important producers of the film, this may include actors, producers, directors etc.
They often have opening titles. This occurs at the beginning of the film, they go through the key actors and important makers of the film. They present the text of the title and other credits gives you a hint as to what the film could be about. the style of the font can present what the genre of the film is. for example if the title were to look rough and in dark colours, this implies the genre of the film could be a Thriller or Horror.
