When asking other people we found out that people find music and lighting a big aspect of what makes a thriller thrilling. Lighting affects the atmosphere of the thriller, which acts on your emotions. The music also acts on your emotion, the pace of the music can make you feel more tense which makes the audience feel similarly to the characters in the film.

Everyone we asked liked a different type of thriller. Some people prefer a thriller with a mystery or with an in depth storyline. From looking at this you learn that a thriller film doesn't have to be scary, it can have other aspects which make the film appealing for everyone.
